供应商策略及采购模式
中国航发商用航空发动机有限责任公司(以下简称“中国航发商发”或“公司”)作为国内民用航空发动机的唯一主制造商,为了缩短设计、制造、验证周期,控制成本,降低投资风险,获得更多市场,提高企业未来的竞争力,采用了“产业链两头以及中段代表核心竞争力的部分在内,其余业务尽量外包”的“元宝型”商业模式,大量的业务依靠外部供应商来完成,从而构成一个完整的航空发动机供应链来参与国际市场的竞争。
中国航发商发将建立面向市场化的开放的三级供应体系,按照产品产业链配置资源。积极引入行业外力量包括民营企业、各类科院院所参与研制工作,形成以市场为导向、企业为主体、各类科研资源共同参与的协同创新体系,撬动国内外各级各类资源为我所用,实现共创共享、风险与利益共担的民用航空发动机主制造商与供应商的分工合作机制。
Aero Engine Corporation of China
(hereinafter referred to as "AECC CAE" or "Company") is the
sole Original Equipment Manufacturer of domestic civil aviation engines. In
order to shorten the cycle of design, manufacturing and validation, control
costs and reduce investment risks so as to gain more markets and improve the
future competitiveness of the Company, it adopts the "Yuanbao type"
business model of "keeping the two ends of the industrial chain and the
middle part representing the core competitiveness in hands, and outsourcing the
rest of the business as much as possible", in which a large number of
businesses rely on external suppliers to complete, thereby forming a complete
aero engine supply chain to participate in competition in the international
market.
AECC CAE will establish an open-to-marketization
three-tier supply system and allocate resources in accordance with the product
and industry chain. The Company actively introduces forces outside the industry
including private enterprises and various scientific academies and institutes
to participate in research and development, and forms a collaborative
innovation system which is market-oriented, enterprise-based, and with participation
of various types of scientific research resources, leveraging domestic and
overseas resources at all levels and realizing division and cooperation
mechanism in which the Original Equipment Manufacturer and suppliers of civil
aero-engines create together, enjoy results together and achieve sharing of
risks and benefits.
