中国航发商用航空发动机有限责任公司（简称“中国航发商发”，AECC CAE，以下称“商发公司”）成立于2009年1月18日，是由中国航空发动机集团与上海烟草集团有限责任公司、上海电气（集团）总公司、上海国盛（集团）有限公司等共同出资组建的股份多元化企业，位于上海市莲花南路3998号，注册资本105.93亿元，主要从事商用飞机动力装置及其相关产品的设计、研制、生产、总装、试验、销售、维修、服务、技术开发和技术咨询等业务。
AECC Commercial Aircraft Engine Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred as AECC CAE) was formed on January 18, 2009, jointly by AECC Group , Shanghai Tobacco Group, Shanghai Electric Group and Shanghai Guosheng Group, etc, and is located at 3998, South Lianhua Road, Shanghai, China with a registered capital of RMB 10.593 billion. AECC CAE is primarily engaged in the propulsion system of the commercial aircraft and its relevant products, carrying on the designing, developing, manufacturing, assembling, testing, marketing, servicing and consulting activites.
作为高新技术企业，商发公司2012年8月获批上海市首批海外高层次人才创新创业基地，2013年3月获批国家级海外高层次人才创新创业基地，2015年9月获批博士后科研工作站，2015年11月获批上海市院士专家工作站，2018年10月通过BV认证获得AS9100D证书。
As high-tech enterprise, AECC CAE has been approved to be the innovation and entrepreneurship base for the first batch of Shanghai overseas high-level talents in August 2012, the innovation and entrepreneurship base for national overseas high-level talent in March 2013, postdoctoral research center in September 2015, Shanghai academician expert workstation in November 2015, and has obtained AS9100D certificate through BV certification in October 2018.

The mission of AECC CAE is to provide series of high bypass ratio commercial turbofan aero-engine products and services. The vision of AECC CAE is to become one of the major global commercial aero-engine OEMs. AECC CAE adheres to the values of responsibility, inclusiveness, open, and collaboration. AECC CAE aims to develop the capabilities in five core areas: aero-engine integration and certification, supply chain management, marketing and customer service, business resource integration, and global operation management.
